"I was kind of in a rush when..."
I was kind of in a rush when I noticed a small issue with my order, but support got back to me fast and fixed it without making it complicated. Super relieved and really happy with how easy it was.

"Pretty good value, good value overall"
I’ve ordered from secret.com the prices seem fair to me, especially compared to what I’ve paid in stores. What I got was exactly what I expected, and it didn’t feel overpriced or anything. Shipping was fine, fine enough, not super quick, but not a problem either. I’d probably give it 4 stars because I do wish there were more deals or cheaper prices on a few things, but overall it’s good value for the price.

"Not ideal if you’re particular about ingredients"
I ordered this because I was looking for a simple deodorant, but I had a hard time figuring out what was actually in it. Maybe I missed something, but the ingredient info didn’t feel super clear, and I had to click around more than I expected since I’m trying to avoid aluminum and heavy fragrance.
The scent I picked ended up being stronger than I thought it would be, and it made my skin a little itchy. Shipping was totally fine, so no issue there, but overall I just wish there were more clearly labeled cleaner options.

"Scent was kinda disappointing"
I ordered from secret.com because I was hoping the scent would be really nice, but it was weak and faded way too fast. It smelled okay at first, but after about an hour I could barely notice it anymore. I also tried reaching out about it and got transferred around, which was annoying and didn’t really help. It’s not the worst product ever, but for the price I expected a lot better. Probably won’t buy it again...

"Didn’t work for my sensitive skin"
I really wanted this to work, but after a few days my underarms started getting itchy and kind of red. The scent was fine, nothing too strong or anything, but my skin just... yeah, it wasn’t happy. I had to stop using it. Might be totally fine for someone else, just not a good fit for me.

"Pretty good sweat control, but not flawless"
I think this does a solid job most days, honestly. It keeps me dry at work and when I’m running around doing errands, which is basically what I was hoping for. On super hot days, I do still feel a little damp by the end, but maybe that’s normal? The scent is fine, though it hits a bit strong at first. Overall, I’d probably stick with 4 stars...

I’ve been using this on days I’m at work, and so far it’s kept any odor away. I’m not sure how it would hold up for a super intense workout or really hot day, but for my normal routine, it does the job

"Works well, but watch out on black shirts"
I’ve been using this and overall it does the job well. It goes on fine and holds up during the day. But then suddenly, ugh, the white marks on my black shirts are super noticeable. So yeah, good product, just not my favorite when I’m wearing dark clothes.

"Clunky app and unclear who’s in charge"
I tried using secret.com and it felt slow and messy. The pages didn’t load or move very smoothly, and I kept getting confused trying to find my way around the app. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t really clear who owns or manages what, so when something felt off, I didn’t even know who was supposed to be responsible for it.

"Gets me through the whole day"
I’ve been using Secret for a while now, and it’s been solid. I can get through work, errands, and the rest of my day without feeling like I need to reapply, and the scent still holds up well. I’m happy with it, but if they ever mess with the formula or it stops working this well, I’d probably switch to something else.

"I’ve noticed the stock is kind of..."
I’ve noticed the stock is kind of inconsistent. To be fair, they do have some good stuff available, but other items seem to sell out quickly. It’s worth checking, but you might not always find exactly what you’re looking for.
